Las Perlitas, or Little Pearls, was a name given to the blended small lots coming from Santa Maria, Garzon, Pitalito and Palestina. This coffee is made up of arabican variants known as Pink Bourbon and Caturra.
Las Perlitas is an excellent example of a clean, washed coffee, offering few cup defects. Savor this coffee and you may find flavors notes like cherry, cardamom, pineapple, mango and crisp red apple. These juicy flavors come from the Terroir, the soil, region, arabican variety, the caretaking undergone to maintain the plant and Iconik’s thoughtful roast this amazing coffee.
